TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to IITian Forum. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and IITian Forum (operated by Ritesh Raj, based in Bihar, India).

By accessing or using our website at iitianforum.com, booking a demo, enrolling in a course, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

To use our services, you must meet these requirements:

• →You must be at least 13 years old, or have verifiable parental consent if you are a minor
• →If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve your enrollment
• →You must provide accurate and complete information during signup
• →You must comply with all applicable laws of India and your country of residence

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for the following:

• →Keeping your login credentials (phone number, OTP, password) confidential
• →Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• →Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date
• →Using your account only for your own personal learning (no sharing with others)
• →All activities that occur under your account

Each account is for one student only. Sharing login credentials with another student is not permitted and may result in account termination without refund.

IITian Forum offers the following services:

• →Structured coaching programs (Horizon, Foundation to Flight, JEE Accelerator)
• →One-on-one private tutoring
• →Live online classes, recorded lectures, and study materials
• →Practice problem archives, mock tests, and performance analytics
• →Doubt resolution and mentorship sessions
• →Free resources (assignments, formula sheets, video lectures) available to all visitors

We strive to deliver high-quality educational experiences, but we do not guarantee specific exam results, ranks, or outcomes. Your success depends on your own effort, consistency, and application of what is taught.

Fees for each program are displayed on our Courses page. By enrolling, you agree to the following:

• →All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• →Payments are processed securely through Cashfree, a trusted Indian payment gateway
• →We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking
• →Applicable taxes (GST) will be added as required by Indian law
• →Full payment is required to activate your enrollment
• →Installment options may be available for longer programs (ask us directly)

We offer a clear, fair refund policy:

• →Before classes begin: 100% refund if requested within 7 days of enrollment and before your first class
• →Technical issues: If we cannot deliver classes due to our technical problems, full refund

[ Partial Refund ]

• →Within 14 days of first class: 70% refund (30% deducted for administrative and preparation costs)
• →Within 30 days of first class: 40% refund
• →Beyond 30 days: No refund, but credit towards future programs may be considered on case-by-case basis

[ No Refund ]

• →Courses completed more than 50%
• →Violations of User Conduct (see Section 7)
• →Refund requests made after 30 days from first class (except documented medical emergencies)

Refund requests must be sent in writing to iitianforum@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.

To maintain a quality learning environment for everyone, you agree to the following conduct rules:

• →Share your login credentials with others
• →Record, download, or redistribute our classes, notes, or materials without permission
• →Use our services to cheat on exams, homework, or any form of assessment
• →Share solutions, answers, or test content with non-enrolled students
• →Misrepresent your identity, age, or qualifications
• →Engage in disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward the mentor or other students
• →Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or steal our platform, code, or content
• →Use our website for any illegal activity
• →Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content in any communications

[ You agree to ]

• →Attend classes regularly and be punctual
• →Complete assignments and tests honestly
• →Respect the mentor and fellow students
• →Provide truthful feedback and testimonials
• →Comply with all reasonable instructions from the mentor

All content on IITian Forum — including lectures, videos, notes, practice problems, solutions, blog posts, and teaching materials — is the intellectual property of Ritesh Raj and IITian Forum.

• →You may use these materials for your own personal learning only
• →You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or sell any of our content
• →You may not use our content to train AI models or other automated systems
• →Unauthorized use may result in legal action under Indian copyright law

Small excerpts (e.g., a single problem) may be shared with attribution for educational discussion among students. When in doubt, ask us first.

[ Your Content ]

When you submit content to us (like testimonials, reviews, or job applications), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for marketing and operational purposes. We will always attribute your content properly and never misrepresent it.

While we strive to provide reliable and high-quality services, please note:

• →We do not guarantee specific exam results, ranks, college admissions, or outcomes
• →Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties beyond those required by law
• →We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• →Our maximum liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months
• →We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party services

Either you or IITian Forum may terminate this agreement under these conditions:

• →At any time by contacting us
• →Subject to our Refund Policy (Section 6)

[ We may terminate your account if ]

• →You violate these Terms (especially User Conduct rules)
• →You fail to pay fees when due
• →You provide false information
• →We reasonably believe you are harming other students or the platform
• →Required by law or court order

Upon termination, your access to services ends immediately. Fee obligations and other Terms that by their nature should survive termination (like Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

[ Dispute Resolution Process ]

• →Step 1 — Direct discussion: Contact us first. Most issues can be resolved through honest conversation.
• →Step 2 — Mediation: If direct discussion fails, we agree to attempt mediation before formal legal action.
• →Step 3 — Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar, India.

We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly rather than through legal proceedings. Your concerns will always be heard.

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. When we do:

• →We will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top
• →For significant changes, we will notify enrolled students via email at least 30 days in advance
• →Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms

If you do not agree with changes, your option is to stop using our services and request a refund per our Refund Policy.
