doMath Premium Refund
doMath Premium (₹2,499/year) comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, we'll refund 100% of your subscription fee.
Eligibility for full refund:
- Refund requested within 7 days of payment date
- Less than 50 questions practiced
- No abuse of the platform reported
After 7 days: No refund will be issued for doMath Premium subscriptions. The subscription continues until expiry.
Course Refund Policy
Our full coaching programs (Horizon, Foundation to Flight, JEE Accelerator) follow a 14-day cooling-off period with prorated refunds thereafter.
Within 14 days of enrollment, you can request a full 100% refund of the course fee. No questions asked.
After 14 days, refunds are calculated based on time used. You pay only for the time you've had access. Example: If you've used 20 days of a 730-day course, you receive a refund of 710/730 × course fee.
After 30 days from enrollment, no refunds will be issued. You retain access for the full course duration.
